I’m torn between soup, stew, rissoto and various cakes, cookies and pies.

What are some good ideas for salads?

I work as a school cook and would love some ideas for the adult salad bar. We have baby carrots,broccoli,cauliflower,salad mix,tomato’s,cucumbers,ranch,thousand island,sliced ham,fajita chicken,corn,chicken fries, and boiled eggs!
Can you think of a salad to make out of that stuff? I want something that sounds kinda different.
